Yoga has created such a shift in my life. This practice helps bring an individual to self awareness, balance, and connection. So, it's important to me to teach yoga with hopes that you, too, will find these shifts. It is my passion to lead others to a place of ease and calm in a world that can often feel anything but.

Private Yoga (in person)
A private yoga session allows me to tailor the class to your body's specific needs. With my background in Massage, Personal Training, and Yoga, I create a anatomical-based class. This means I understand how your body works. When we connect to the body using Mind + Body practices, you recieve a supported and safe well rounded yoga class.

Virtual Private Yoga
My home base is Texas, but that doesn't mean I don't like to travel (because I do!). But if you are not in the mood for travels, I now offer Virtual Private Yoga classes via Zoom. You can practice yoga in the comfort of your home, all you need is a Yoga Mat and a quiet space.

Private Group Yoga
Practicing Yoga with your friends is more fun, right? I offer private group sessions in person or virtually. Inspiring wellness in your corporate community? Maybe offer a company yoga class? Need to de-stress before your BIG DAY? I offer group Bridal party yoga classes. --- see? Practicing Yoga surrounded by others is more fun.

Virtual Live Classes
I'm excited to start offering LIVE virtual classes a few times a month. This gives you an opportunity to flow with me and others from your own personal space. All you need is a Yoga Mat + Positive energy to share!
Prior to working with me, all clients are required to fill out our Waiver Form + Agreement. My services require a form of payment prior to each session. All sales are Final. I do require a 24 hr Cancellation Policy.
